December makes me think of
1. last month of the year - can let your hair down a bit. thinking of year-end bonus liven up your working spirit a bit
2. Chow's and Poffy's birthdays - i remember!
3. Christmas - buying and receiving presents - i enjoy doing both
4. SALE - Good or Bad?
Good if you bought that thing you have always wanted at a damn good price.
Bad if you don't practise self control and keep spending and spending and spending..................
The fact that I work in orchard just amplify this sale shopping mood by 10 times. Every corner you turn is that 4-letters word. And every single ppl out there on orchard did more free "marketing" by carrying one or more SALE paper bags, which makes you feel you will miss out something if you don't go for it. "Should at least go in and take a look," will be my mentality. As you can predict, this is the start of more mental wars when I see something i fancy. Now that i did some calculations of my purchases, they amounted up to a few hundred dollars! Damn scary! Right now, I am just hoping that my bonus will be able to cushion this a bit!
