I’m still ALIVE!!!! Just because I disappeared mysteriously from the bloggy world for a loooooooooooong period of time doesn’t mean I disappeared from the entire universe. I’m NEVER GONE (pls sing to the tune of backstreet boys’ hit song, and ya... you’re supposed to laugh if ya hesitating).

Ok, so now the big question is wat have I been doing after my last entry? Yes, expect to hear a boring answer from me. STUDY loh… (-_-)’’!!! wat else can it be? Anyway, the exams didn’t went well for me but I dunno why this time round I have a ‘can’t be bother’ attitude. Or I’m just being calm about it. Nah… excuses. Ok, tucking exams aside (anyway, can’t believe we are getting our results back next week. Eee….), I started to work during the start of the holidays. And if you’re thinking I’m super rich after getting my salary, you are wronged. Cos the money’s for my driving lessons!!! Sob…. All my hard-earned money went into someone’s else pocket. Forgot to mention, I’m working in the same company I once mentioned in my previous entry. But I’m not so lucky this time round…

1. I dun my own room! I’m sitting near the main door and there is a printer behind me. So ppl kept walking in front or behind me, giving me no privacy! And whenever I was on a phone with someone else, the whole conversation can be heard by my supervisor sitting next door.

2. No internet access in my computer! This is really terrible. So you can’t blame me for not blogging and appearing dead online. So the only thing that I can do when I want to eat snake is to play solitaire and minesweeper. I declared myself to be the QUEEN of SOLITAIRE and MINESWEEPER now ok. Challenge me if you dare!

3. I’m doing really boring stuff now. I seldom get to run errands anymore. Sob sob… otherwise I will be hopping around in taxis and going round Singapore to do the silliest things that you can ever imagine, eg. going to Shaw House to buy cakes for a birthday gal (Yes, that is called “errands”, so now you know why I love “errands” so much?)

Ok lah, but good things do happen to me too if ya thinking I’m a poor gal. Ha… our company is really into Christmas!!! I just simply love it. We have this present exchange thingy that’s going to happen this Mon. Oh... I’m so excited. Everyone gonna picked a name and has to buy that person a gift, without revealing who you are. I heard from my supervisor that she receive Kamasutra last Christmas (well, apparently the cheeky culprit is trying to insult her sex life and see her funny expression when she opened the gift). And Bingo! My supervisor was astonished when she saw the book. For my friend, somebody gave her the book “Man are Dogs” because she was about to get married then. She almost laughed her head off. So, this is the first time I’m participating in this Christmas exchange and I wondered wat surprise it will hold. But I don’t have much hope for my present cos I’m just a temp there. I’ve 90% confidence that I’ll get a “General” gift, which is defined as things like chocolate and photoframe. But I still cling on to the 10% hope of getting something more interesting and unique. So pray for me. Hahah….

And one more thing that will set ya eyes burning with jealousy… I was invited to the company’s dinner at Beaufort Hotel in Sentosa (but unluckily it falls on the same day with the release of my exam results, ai ya.. but who cares). And wat’s more, I’ll receive a company dinner gift too! I must confess I love this prezzie cos I have seen it already! The 4th person in the company, after the big boss and the two persons who bought them. Hahah… why?? If you spent one whole day closed in a room doing a highly confidential, top secret activity ie. wrapping the company dinner presents, you would have know it too. *Wink* know wat I mean right? Hahah… but the secret is safe with me. My friend tried to find out from me the top secret, but I simply kept mum. Otherwise, I know she would tell some of the gals and wat’s the point of wrapping up the gifts? I’m so glad the present is something nice and something that I LOVED! Haha... sorry for being so frank. But isn’t it a relief? I heard last year the female staff got photoframes with the same budget just because one of the big bosses’ wives ‘suggested’ it (basically it is indirectly an order). Luckily, this year there is no interference from anyone of them. Yippee!! Ah… hopefully I will get the design I like. Oops, cannot leak out too much! Hehe.. will upload photos if I managed to capture some shots that day k?

Chow invited us to Rendezvous Hotel for a sumptuous international buffet for her 21st birthday. Though i can only eat the desserts, it's really more than wat i can asked for. There are so many varieties!!! There are many types of cakes, brownies, chocolates, pies, fruits, ice-cream, puddings and the mouth-watering MONDUE. I was really thrilled and practically tried to control my excitment everytime i go for the next round.
